How do I book or inquire about your services?
Contact us through our online inquiry form for give us a call. Once we receive your submission, we will contact you within two business days to discuss your requirements and provide a comprehensive pricing breakdown. We do not accept payments via phone or social media platforms.
How long in advanced do we require you to inquire?
We strongly recommend submitting your request at least two months in advance. We require a minimum of two weeks’ notice for event requests; Requests made with less than two weeks’ notice will incur a $200 rush fee, subject to date availability! If we don’t have your date available, we do have partners within the area that we can highly recommend to you!
Do costs include set up and take down?
For all events, the price includes setup and takedown of backdrops and décor within the Fort Lauderdale area. Please note that locations North of Pompano Beach, South of Dania Beach, or west of I-95 will incur an additional $70 takedown fee. For balloon arches, please be aware that setup and takedown will incur separate charges. Please note, this does not apply to bachelorette packages!
How long does set up take?
Each package varies in complexity and setup time. Typically, most events require 2 to 3 hours for setup; however, more intricate packages may necessitate up to 4 hours or more.
Are you able to accommodate any themed party?
YES! We love all types of themes and can accommodate any type of themed party you would like! Need help choosing a theme? No worries, we can help with that too!

Do you offer remote only planning?
Absolutely, we can plan any event for you around the world! We offer comprehensive event planning services, including a detailed list of all décor items, placements, vendors, and more, which we will provide to you electronically. Additionally, we can ship any décor items directly to your home for you to set up at your convenience.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes, changes can be made; however, they must be discussed at least two weeks in advance. You also have the option to cancel your order, but please note that doing so will result in the forfeiture of your 50% deposit. In the event of a natural disaster occurring on your scheduled weekend, such as major flooding or hurricanes, we will refund 90% of your payment or the option to reschedule!
